Taking The Delivery
In the default shipping carrier EMS, customers need to contact their foreign postal office at the time of delivery, all they need to ask whether their package arrived at the facility.If any customs duties are applicable on the arrival of the package the charges are only estimated by the respective foreign postal office. We cannot influence any govt authorities as customs offices are govt authorities. Custom duties can only be handled by the customer as they have all the information like order or payment confirmation required for the customs clearance.
All our orders mostly fall into personal imports which come under HSN code 9804 and 9000 so the applicable customs duties varies as per the govt notification.In case the product is imported by any of the private carriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, customers do not need to go anywhere to collect the package. The package will be delivered to your doorstep and at the time of receiving the package, the carrier will collect the custom charges.
