- Based on driving data and crash analysis captured across thousands of crashes and millions of miles, the Tech-Air® system uses artificial intelligence to effectively and precisely monitor the smallest movements, both intentional and unintentional, to know what is happening and act accordingly when the time comes. The information is constantly transmitted to the intelligent collision detection algorithm in the airbag control unit via three integrated gyroscopes and an equivalent number of accelerometers. - The Avertum Tech-Air® airbag system activates quickly (40 ms) upon accident detection, offering a reduction in impact force of up to 95% compared to passive protection. Equivalent to 18 CE Level-1 back protectors, it also includes an integrated back protector for added safety.
- It is not only the reduction of the impact force that is important, but also the shape and coverage. Avertum Tech-Air® offers unrivaled upper body coverage, including the shoulders, chest, ribs and entire back, minimizing the risk of injury to critical areas during road impacts.
