The Razor Tip Full Exhaust for the Ninja 500 is a cost-effective solution to unlock peak power restricted by factory silencers. This engine and Razor combination delivers a "meaty" sound with a "throaty" punch. The Razor Canisters have optional DB Killers available, allowing you to manage noise levels as desired. Constructed from Chemically Certified 6061-T6 & 6063 Aircraft Grade Aluminum, it features a 304 stainless steel spiral welded perforated baffle assembly and ISW Packing. Hand-welded and made in Manchester, Connecticut, USA, the Razor exhaust system includes all in-house designed and machined CNC components. The precision mandrel bent stainless steel header assembly, when paired with our ECU Flashing service and MWR Filter Combo, fully unlocks the bike's potential while ensuring it stands out from other setups on the market. Toce Exhaust systems are custom-designed for each application, ensuring perfect fitment. They are not generic muffler assemblies held on with universal band clamps. Each system is crafted in our facility using jigs, and Toce Performance offers a comprehensive lifetime warranty program, providing unparalleled customer support in the industry. |
